Sunday’s shooting incident is painful, to our Southwest neighborhood and to our Lancaster community. This is our home, and we, like the homeowners we serve, we take pride in where we live.
As we mourn the loss of Ricardo Munoz, while also allowing time and space for the details of the tragic event to emerge, we urge our community to turn away from those who want to re-write our story for their own personal agendas and biases. Our Lancaster community owns its past, present and future. Let us come together as a community with an open heart and an open mind as we strive to build a better future for our city.
