We have celebrated not one, but TWO house matches in recent weeks. This is the much anticipated milestone when homebuyers in our program meet their minimum required sweat equity hours for selecting their future home from our inventory.
Andera and Mulu each chose a home in Lancaster City’s Southwest neighborhood. Andera’s home is currently an active build site, while Mulu’s is set to begin later this summer. In fact, his family’s future home will be the Lancaster site for this year’s Women Build.
In selecting a home, our family services team shows our available home projects that meet the size and location preferences for the individual homebuyer. Families often take into consideration location of their children’s school, time it takes to commute to work and where they have a support network. All of these factors can reduce time, money and stress when it comes to work/life balance related to where we live.
