On Saturday, June 15th, over 100 volunteers will join us in picking up paint brushes, hammers and rakes at Habitat’s Rock The Block community repair event in Lancaster’s Southwest Neighborhood (SoWe).
Eight homes will be the sites of free exterior home repairs that our team will be making that day. We’ll paint, mend porches and spruce up yards as part of Habitat’s partnership with the SoWe Neighborhood Initiative… a resident-led effort to revitalize this historic community.

After a hard day’s work, we celebrate! All are welcome to the family fun fest from 5:00-7:00PM in front of our Habitat office at 443 Fairview Ave. There will be free food, music, kid games and activities and raffle prizes.
