Women Build 2025
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: WOMEN BUILD LANCASTER HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO JANUARY 6-10, 2026.
Women Build is an empowering opportunity for women to take over Habitat build sites in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties for two weeks. The experience offers the chance to learn new skills (or use old ones) while making an impact on affordable homeownership in our community!
The dates and locations for our 2025 event are:
Sept. 17-19: Lebanon City, Walnut Street Build
Jan. 6-10, 2026: Columbia Borough, Linden Street Build*
*Disclaimer: We’re committed to holding to our rescheduled Women Build Lancaster dates on January 6-10. This event will be rain or shine, but in the event of inclement weather conditions making it unsafe to commute to our job site, we’ll ask individuals and sponsor groups to arrange another build date later in the year.
Women Build Week will be preceded by a series of Power Hours — workshops that offer women hands-on instruction to learn the skills that may be utilized on the work site.

How To Register
Registration for Women Build Lancaster will reopen on November 10. It’s a two-step process. First: Select your date. A $25 participation fee will secure your shift and will help to cover event-related expenses along with our build work.* You can begin here. Second: A confirmation email will take you to our construction calendar, where you will complete registration.
