Renovators' Home Tour

Missed our premiere? You can still see the Tour!

5 Homes + 1 Great Cause

Our 5th annual Renovators’ Home Tour made its world premiere on Aug. 29th, but you can still see our show through the link below. While our show is free to watch, please consider making a gift to Habitat to help our building efforts. All gifts will support of the renovation of a Habitat home on Howard Avenue in Lancaster… the future home of Manny, Awilda and their family!

What You’ll See

Our Pre-show, filled with information and fun details about the Tour and Habitat, is about a half an hour in length. Our Tour, featuring five local homes and their amazing renovations, is approximately an hour long. By clicking the button below, you will be taken to Habitat’s YouTube channel, where the show will run.

Click The Play Button!

Our Tour’s camera goes into the homes to capture the renovations and is accompanied by the homeowners, designer or builder who will explain their design decisions. You will see home projects by David Lyall Home & Design and Capstone Design + Build. Homeowners John and Mara McGrann of Penn Stone, as well as Roxanne and Eric McRoberts (RLPS Architects), will walk viewers through their own living spaces. And, for the first time ever, you will have the chance to see a Habitat home in the process of being renovated.

How You Can Support Habitat

All funds raised during this year’s Tour will help to transform a property at Howard Avenue in Lancaster into a safe, warm affordable place to live. Manny and Awilda recently selected this property to be their future home and are anxiously awaiting to get working on its renovations.

You can donate to the project in three easy ways!

  • Text To Give: Text the word RENOTOUR to 44-321

Many thanks

We have many people to thank for their support. Ben Mathus, our director and cameraman, along with our host, Ian Sanhez-Herasme, put many hours into this production and we are incredibly grateful for their hard work. Eastern Webcast Services live broadcasted this event to our viewers on premier night and made our event shine!

To our restaurant partners–Blazin’ J’s, The Scarlet Runner and Max’s Eatery–thank you for your support and community spirit. Our wonderful homeowners, designers and builders opened up their doors to allow us a peek inside.

Of course, the Renovators’ Home Tour Committee… thank you, for taking a live event, embracing our virtual concept and just running with it. You’re the best!
