2026 is an exciting year for Habitat for Humanity. It’s Habitat for Humanity International’s 50th anniversary, and here at Lancaster Lebanon Habitat for Humanity, we’re celebrating 40 years of building affordable homes in Lancaster and Lebanon.
Since 1986, Lancaster Lebanon Habitat for Humanity, with support from dedicated volunteers, donors and community partners, has made a significant impact by serving more than 300 families and building safe, affordable homes in our communities. We’re honoring our four decades of building and advocacy work by continuing to help ensure people in need of stable housing have the opportunity to become homeowners and help future generations achieve the dream of homeownership.
We’ll be marking the 40th anniversary by hosting some special events as well as sharing some of our history in the form of stories and memories from our homebuyers, volunteers, community partners and past and present staff.
