Habitat benefits from two annual fundraising events: Renovators’ Home Tour and LCAR’s Habitat Benefit Auction. Each one has its own unique needs for sponsors, in-kind contributions and committee support. 

Renovators’ Home Tour

Renovators’ Home Tour is a unique event that offers a first-hand look at clever use of space and innovative design in home renovations in and around Lancaster. Now in its fourth year, the self-guided tour will be held Sunday, October 6, 2019 and feature a diverse line-up of homes to explore. Prior to the tour, we’ll thank our generous sponsors and homeowners with a “VIP Party.” A limited number of additional tickets are sold to this celebratory occasion.

Tickets for this year’s tour go on sale Thursday, August 15th. You can purchase your tickets via Eventbrite or, to avoid online admin fees, stop by these Lancaster retail stores who are carrying our tickets: David Lyall Home & Design, Penn Stone and Lancaster Habitat ReStore. As last year’s event sold out, we strongly urge guests to purchase their tickets in advance. Tickets are $25 ($30 day of the event).

Our VIP Party will be held on Friday, Oct. 4th at the Landis Valley Museum Village & Farm’s historic yellow barn. Tickets are $100 each and include food, open bar, live music and construction-themed games. You can purchase via Eventbrite. Habitat Benefit Auction

For the past 22 years, Lebanon County Association of REALTORS (LCAR) has hosted a festive evening of art, auctions and community spirit through the Habitat Benefit Auction. The event has brought in more than $220,000 to date, helping to fund Habitat’s homeownership efforts in Lebanon County. LCAR has been serving real estate needs in Lebanon County for the last 80 years. LCAR and the auction committee generously volunteer their time to organize the event. Please stay tuned for the date of this year’s event. In addition to ticket sales, there will be opportunities to support Habitat and the event through in-kind contributions of art, auction items and raffle prizes.
